Our everyday life
In unserer Kinderbetreuung in Zug verbringen wir viel Zeit draussen, dort, wo es am meisten zu entdecken gibt. Gemeinsam besuchen wir regelmässig die Tiere auf dem Bauernhof. In unserem Garten säen, pflegen und ernten wir unser eigenes saisonales Gemüse. Auf dem Spielplatz bauen wir Sandburgen, klettern auf Spielgeräten und toben uns aus. Im Wald erkunden wir die Pflanzen- und Tierwelt. Wir verbringen viel Zeit in der Natur, aber wir basteln, spielen, kochen und backen auch gerne zusammen in der Wohnung. Die Pädagogik von Maria Montessori begleitet uns durch den Tag, da wir daran glauben, dass Kinder den Wunsch haben, selbstständig zu lernen und eine große Entdeckungslust haben. Als Betreuer der Montessori-Tagesfamilie in Zug unterstützen wir Ihr Kind dabei. Der Tag beginnt immer mit einem kräftigen Frühstück und einem herzlichen Singkreis. Die Möglichkeit für eine Ruhephase nach dem Mittagessen ist gegeben.
Exciting activities
Nature
One gets to appreciate nature better through exploration, that is why we walk through the forest, observe the creatures that live here, how they live and the changes the seasons bring with them. We let the children rejoice and utilize their energies jumping over meadows and experiencing all the beauty within our precious nature.
Baking & Cooking
You can gain fundamental sensorial experiences when baking together through stirring, shaping, pouring, sharing and tasting. We prepare meals together daily and appreciate the many different ways our seasonal ingredients can be used. What's more, homemade food tastes especially delicious!
Garden
Together we cultivate our garden. Here the children get to experience what is under the ground and they can participate in gardening activities such as digging the soil, sowing seeds, tending plants and lastly, harvesting. They will be exposed to the process of how flowers, berries and vegetables grow and enrich our table.
Play
The self-awareness of the children is at the forefront of free play through role playing, building, making music or playing in a group, as well as letting loose at the playground, in the forest or in the meadow. Merely being allowed to be a child is what we offer at the Montessori day family in Zug.
Arts and crafts
The fine motor skills of your child will be strengthened and improved through realising their creative potential and feeling free in creating art. Crayons, paper, scissors, beads, glue, glitter, paints and much more await them.
Learning
Learning is within a child's nature and thus, they are willing to explore as much as possible. With our versatile set up of Montessori materials, your child can acquire knowledge in a playful and effortless way. We are here to guide and assist them through the motto that you can "do it yourself".
